  We stayed for 8 days and it was all good, except our room keys kept messing up, that we need to always update it with the office.
  We initially wanted 2 rooms but the only available ones are far from each other. Which I didn't like because it's for our daughter. So we ended up getting just 1 room and (if I'm not mistaken) "Michael" who checked us in, was very understanding and accommodating. We had the room right next to the office and they lend us extra pillows and beddings to be used with the sofa bed "for free", which was very much appreciated. I loved that they have stove and I was able to cook. It's a bummer they don't have iron and board, and hair dryer tho. But all in all it was a good place. Very clean and well-maintained.
