I haven't even been to one class yet but I can't rate my phone call with Monica a 5 because her spirit was inviting and warm. Definitely felt positive energy all over her and can't wait for the crew and I to join her spin classes

Cycling with the spincitas is a life changing and motivating way to work out. The atmosphere is fun, positive. and high energy. I am physically and emotionally strengthened by the energy, motivation, and excitement Monica brings to each and every class. Monica hands down is the best cycling instructor in Jacksonville, Florida 🥰. #spincitas

Spincitas is Amazingggggggg! Fun-sweat! LOL... Monica makes class enjoyable with her energetic and motivating personality! I've been spinning my heart out with her for 3 years now! She helps us set goals and mini challenges and the themed classes are a blast! This is not a boring class or just a hop on the bike and spin type class; we work all muscles on the bike and I LOVE IT! 🎶🎶🎶🚲🎶🎶🎶

First time taking Monica’s class and I am happy to say I can’t wait to come back!! Monica was sooo engaging and supportive, really creating such a fun environment for everyone!! She new mine and my sisters name right when we walked through the door! Thank you Monica, you’re amazing!
