She is a great trainer and such a caring person. I have a Long way to go but with her training and compassion I know I will succeed.

I’ve been working with Ruth for a month now – and every week I am *beyond* excited to go for my next workout. She is incredibly inspiring, uplifting, and sincere. I went in recovering from an unhealthy slump in my life – and she is navigating me where I need to be in fitness. Just in the past month – the transition from the first intro workout to today’s (once dreaded) “leg day”. The work outs FLY by, I really had no idea I could feel good about myself WHILE working out AND actually make progress. First workout, I could barely say one word during the workout because I was so out of shape. Now I’m progressing to full, sometimes still gasping for air, sentences. All that may sound silly, but I am thrilled! Very thankful for coming across Ruth and her facility. I see this as a wonderful investment to get myself back on track.
By far the best experience I have ever had with a personal trainer! Ruth takes the time to get to know you and makes you feel so inspired. She's so wonderful. I love going here and can't wait to continue. In 2 weeks I have already lost 6lbs of body fat. Great results and the best part is, I don't feel fatigued or have any cravings! I love it!!!!
