I hit the Jackpot when I had Joey as my sales agent. What a wonderful young man who really went above and beyond to help my husband and I with purchasing our new 2023 Ford Explorer which by the way we absolutely Love. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime, but I will say Joey is in the top 3 of awesome Sales agents. He never pressured us which would of made us probably walk from the deal. He took the time to show us everything along with his partner Tony who was also knowable as well. I really can't say enough about Joey. I have told several family members as well as friends to go and ask for Joey if they are looking for a great sales agent. The inventory at Desoto Ford was more then sufficient, so there is plenty to choose from. On an added note Vicki who did all our paperwork was also a sweetheart. I just can't say enough about Desoto Ford but more importantly about Joey. So Thank you Joey for making this transaction a successful purchased.

Picked up my truck Friday after a month (the ford dealer in Charlotte county told me they wouldn't even be able to look at it until September even though their poor workmanship landed me back at the shop) but, thanks to Abby and Carole in the service department at Desoto Ford lobbying the manufacture to repair my truck properly. I was completely satisfied with the repairs and I added some extra repairs on the slip. My final bill was still under my quoted cost. Javi did a great job and took time to explain some concerns I had with the repairs! Thanks also, to Mike B in the paint department for suggesting I take my truck to Desoto!! They are a wonderful team!!!
