Got there early. By noon it was getting crowded. Everyone was very nice. I think everyone is over this social distancing stuff and people are friendly. Lots of sales. Happy Holidays

I stopped by to return some Amazon stuff, I haven't been to this store probably in a year or two. I have to admit this was the easiest and smoothest Amazon return I have ever done, I didn't have half of the original boxes or packaging, but no problem! All of the employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Store was clean and organized. Will most likely go back some time soon.

When I visit Jacksonville I love to go to Kohl's. Plenty of parking. Lots of variety in products, and the prices keep me in my travel budget.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a pair of shoes online and received curbside delivery, within 2 hours. Twice, I spoke with an associate named Marjori. She was courteous and helpful. Plus, she personally brought out my purchase and placed it in my car trunk. I thank her and Kohl's for such a wonderful shopping experience in this trying time (pandemic). I will definitely recommend shopping with your company and this store.
