THEY ARE AMAZING! I have never had to use medical supply companies before. Our son was recently diagnosed with a tethered spinal cord and has a neurogenic bladder. Things blew up and quickly were told we have to start cathing him every 4 hours. We were put in touch with Wheeler's. JB Wheeler gave me his phone number and answers my texts and calls at all times of the day. Their service is efficiency is flawless and quick. As we have been like a pinball machine trying to figure out the right providers to care for his issues, differing medical advice and changes to our medical supply orders, he has gone out of his way to arrange for overnight dropoffs of samples, pickups of materials we are replacing, without any complaint or issue. He follows up and checks in and I could never have imagined such a wonderful and personable healthcare service. I wish the entire healthcare industry could be like this. HIGHLY recommend using Wheelers for your medical supply needs.

Outstanding service! The company provided samples, and sent everything my disabled son needs in timely manner and sufficient quantities. Briefs fit great! I had bad experience with our previous supplier SS Medical Supply, so I am very grateful for the Wheelers! Highly recommend!

I've used their service for over 3 years and they are nothing but excellent. They're always in contact with me and going above and beyond to service my daughter. They text or call to remind me when the next order is due. Saturday, Oct. 31 at 4pm, was another proof of their excellence...I had just realized my daughter had only two catheters left 😟 and I called Wheelers (the owner is available at any time) and the owner went to the office  to get catheters for my daughter that would last her through the weekend until the order was delivered on Tuesday; like this experience, I've had many more with Wheelers and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for what they do. It's not easy to find a medical supply company that cares, helps and is always on top of a person's needs; I've found that
with Wheelers (and I've used two other companies) and I highly recommend their service.

This company is fantastic & just out of this world when it comes to service. I been using them going for 2 years & they go out of their way to help the customer. Even the 1st time my doctor placed an order with them for me the order was delivered the next day. They always call me anywhere betwen a week or 2 before next order w/b sent to me to make sure im not running too low on supplies & if i am they get the order 2 me faster. I wish more medical supply companies were like this as it w/make it soooo much easier for us in need.
