  My provider, Karen Stover APRN, was WONDERFUL. She was very reassuring and calmed me down and made me feel heard. She ran all the tests necessary to give me peace of mind and was very educating and insightful. I haven't ever had an experience at CareSpot, or any urgent care facility/ER as pleasant as the one I had on Sunday. I was called back at my appointment time and treated very well by all staff members.

  The time factor is outstanding, the staff (from Reception to Nurses to PA) were warm and caring, and the outcome was PERFECT. Highly recommend. I definitely recommend appointments if you are able, but I was NOT able to given my circumstance and I STILL had an outstanding experience.
