  I Called today and spoke with Allison, she was very pleasant to speak with and gave me a great deal of information. I’ll be relocating shortly and looking forward to calling this place home. Thank you Allison for being so helpful and polite.

  Casa Bella is a true great place to live!!! My husband and I have lived almost 3 years here, and love so many things: beautiful neighborhood with developed infrastructure around, but pretty safe, clean and really quiet; magnificent Park within walking distance with access to the river, picturesque lakes and nature, with many beautiful birds, fish, and turtles you can feed; cozy lounge area whis always clean pool and hot tub, well maintained, clean lawn; updated gym; plenty of parking; new solar panels; reliable security gates; very comfortable layout apartment, modern cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, very nice clean appliances, and large windows that provide plenty of light, spacious living room, decent size of the laundry room, and walk-in-clouset. And most importantly a close-knit team of great people, who daily work for the benefit of the complex residents! During the whole time we've only once had issues with the air conditioner which was repaired in a matter of hours after the end of working day (!), fixing the lightswitch, and replacing a small section of tile. All issues were dealt with incredibly promptly and professionally!!!! Thank you to all of you guys for your excellent work!!! We're grateful to our always friendly, helpful and responsible maintenance team, a special thanks to our beloved, super hardworking Mr. Gary and Mr. Paco, and our lovely leasing agent and manager Ms. Nicole and Ms. Allison!
  All employees are treated with great respect and sensitivity to our needs, personal space and time, they always have a great mood, funny jokes, kind smiles, and a lot of effort and energy to make our lives better here at any time of the day! We're regularly informed in time about all the inspections and checks. We have no problems with the neighbors who are all very welcoming and friendly people, nor with the safety of our things. We always keep shoes, umbrellas, mail packages near our door and everything remained intact. We always feel safe and comfortable in this complex!

  We love this place. It feels good to be living here and management is quick to attend any issue with the apartment. I recommend this place to be! We've been living here for a year and 6 months now and expecting to stay a little bit longer.
