  I’ve been struggling with GI issues my entire life. When I first sought out the help of Kelsey, I was on a very strict keto diet in an attempt to “calm things down”. I had just started training for my first marathon and was having serious issues fueling my runs. Not only that, grocery shopping, meal planning, etc was all just giving me so much anxiety because I didn’t know what I was supposed to eat.
  
  I don’t even live locally, but Kelsey called me IMMEDIATELY. She asked so many questions about lifestyle, nutrition history, hormones, current training, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by her thoroughness and sincere care for my overall health, wellness, and performance.
  
  Kelsey (very quickly) created a simple meal plan for me. This was a plan that I was comfortable following, was flexible, and didn’t really “restrict” anything. I still get to eat “fun” foods and (over time) have completely lost my anxiety surrounding food.
  
  I have noticed dramatic improvements in my distance running performance, but also in my recovery and energy levels. Kelsey is always willing to answer any questions that I’ve had over these past few years and I feel very lucky to have her as a part of my support system.
  
  I highly recommend her services to anyone in any stage of life/training. She will take the time to create a plan or provide advice that is specific to your needs because everyone is different.. and she gets that.

  Absolutely loved working with Kelsey! She gave my husband and I realistic goals and ideas that we were able to implement together without any major disruption to our everyday life! She helped us sort through our many theories on diet culture and made sure we left well informed! She is easy to talk to, understanding and encouraging! Highly recommend!

  Kelsey is phenomenally knowledgable and supportive in mapping out your nutrition plan. She meets you where you are and adapts to any nutrition needs. As a vegan athlete, I was looking for someone to give me a straightforward program for race week nutrition. Kelsey delivered that and offered so many wonderful pearls. She spent extra time to answer any questions I had. I felt completely understood and I am so appreciative of her guidance.

  Kelsey was great at helping me understand the physiological benefits of proper nutrition as an endurance athlete. She told me to eat more carbs and to trust her. Alas, I did exactly that and feel strong and prepared as I’m 8 days away from completing my first marathon.
  Whether you’re an athlete or not, know some or nothing about nutrition, Kelsey will be able to help you succeed at reaching your goals.

  Nutrition is a topic that I take very seriously, and the nutritional world can be so complicated to navigate. Kelsey is a master at pulling out the truth and treating each person as unique. She is a credible source who I endorse professionally and who I trust 100% to provide quality services and nutritional education to my student athletes. She is a strong voice in this impactful field and her enthusiasm is contagious. Kelsey skillfully caters the fueling formula on an individual level. She is my sports-dietitian go-to!
