  From my first experience walking in the door, everyone has been pleasure to work with. We had no idea which direction to take for new flooring and Jim was great in helping us figure out what was best for us. Very knowledgeble
  with no pressure. Our new floors are installed and everyone from the demo crew to the installers and designer were professional and friendly. Great job guys!!!!!

  Nikki helped us choose tile for our remodel project. They have a good selection of mosaic tile, and large format tile.. The tile arrived in a timely manner. Nikki has a great eye for detail, is professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with throughout our remodel project. The team to do the install were hardworkers, courteous cleaned as they were working and the result is gorgeous! Love our master bath!
  Thank you for all your help throughout our remodel. Highly recommend this company and their wonderful personnel.

  The Quality Flooring crew showed up on time and got right to work. Alex, the lead installer and his partner ( Wilton) made fast work of checking everything over before they hit the floor running. They both were very polite, worked continually and asked if it was okay to play music while they worked.
  I never would have thought that Luxury Vinyl would look this amazing. But Frank Milea had us come to his showroom and find exactly what we wanted. We took a few samples home and knew within a couple hours which one was for us.

  Quality starts at the top. The jobsite leader was Alex C. who was totally focused on delivering high quality and total customer satisfaction. Positive, helpful, highly skilled, Alex installed 3100 sf of new hardwood flooring. This included working on two floors, new stairs and moving 5 rooms of furniture as the crew worked together as one team. Solid communications, thoughtful planning, and an excellent work ethic made for a great job. I never had anything but total confidence and trust in what I saw and heard as the project progressed on time. The results are exceptional! Having run large service/construction organizations of over 1,000 employees, I never saw any leader better than Alex, or as hard working as his team. Well Done! Doug A.

  We had Quality install backsplash tile in our kitchen. They had a great selection, and we found the perfect pattern/colors we were looking for thanks to Nicky's help. Joe came out and measured, and we accepted their offer. The installers were so quiet I kept forgetting they were in the kitchen working! The results were absolutely gorgeous. We could not be more pleased. I highly recommend their services.
