I wanted to publicly thank Melanie Gustafson and the team at Lennar for making my buying experience a great one. Due to her efforts, the service level has been raised for my expectations moving forward. The entire Lennar team has been extremely responsive throughout the purchase and move-in. They stand behind their build which was way better than my experience with my previous builder years ago.

Fieldstone Passage is a great community! We love our home and our neighbors and we could not have found a better place for our family.
Melanie is the absolute best at what she does and makes you feel at ease. She walked us through a few different homes over a few months before we found the perfect home. She was so patient and kind and made sure to answer every question and we had a ton! Everytime we emailed Melanie we had a response within an hour and usually much sooner than that! She is certainly on top of things! Melanie is very detailed and will ensure you have the best possible experience with absolutely no surprises.
We worked with Chad at Lennar Mortgage as Melanie had recommended that we contact him. He was also awesome to work with! He was super fast with the approvals and responded very quickly anytime we needed him.
The construction manager was also great to work with! Mark is a super nice guy and was always willing to help with our questions or concerns.
Our experience overall working with Melanie, Mark and Chad at Lennar mortgage was great! Buying a home can be a really stressful but if you are working with this team, your experience will certainly be a good one!
