Quality product, and amazing customer service. Quickly came to our rescue and put our blinds back up after a "handyman" removed them.

I have vertical blinds over 12 feet wide with a head rail. The pull cord broke so I was thinking no one could fix this but Chuck with years of experience, contacts, and skill it was ordered installed and completed. Also, it was a professional friendly staff using COVID safety standards, in todays times I appreciate when a service respect my home. Glynn and the service crew were also very careful to inspect and ensure quality of workmanship before leaving the area.

I had Those Blind Guys install Plantation Shutters 10 years ago. I thought they were awesome then but had no idea how great their follow up customer service would be. I recently had 1 louver crack on my door. I thought there was no way they would want to waste their time on it. But to my surprise they ordered the part and John and his guys came out and fixed in a very timely fashion at a more than reasonable cost. Superb customer service! I needed shutters for my newly built home. They did a fantastic job from measuring the windows, providing temporary blinds, to final installation. I love my new shutters! They are exactly what I wanted. Chuck, John, and his guys were great and I would highly recommend them!
