I would particularly like to cite the affable Nick Simpson in the front office here who has always made himself available and been helpful and willing to answer all of my endless questions. He always comports himself in a genial and professional manner.
(May 5, 2023, 8:31 am)My experience with Fusion, and specifically Nick, has been nothing short of amazing. From the second my fiancé and I walked into Fusion, Nick warmly greeted us and offered us an informative tour. He has extensive knowledge about the property and instantly sold us on Fusion. Moving from NJ, there were a lot of moving parts. Nick was an excellent communicator and helped and supported us every step of the way. Move in was a breeze thanks to him and everything that we needed was quickly tended to.
My only reason for giving 4 stars is that recently Nick has not been available at Fusion and no one has been available, for that matter. It is frustrating as a new resident when small questions arise and you go to the front office for clarification and no one is there. For example, I brought my car to Florida about a week after moving in. I went to the front office multiple times for my fusion sticker and parking pass and no-one was available. I then received a community e-mail saying cars without fusion stickers will be towed at owner's expense. How can an e-mail like that be sent when there is not even anyone available to give you the parking sticker?? After many unsuccessful trips to the front office, I then noticed a sign which directed me to a phone line. When I called, I was told a representative would not be physically present at Fusion for FIVE DAYS and to not worry about towing (when I had just received an e-mail the night prior saying the opposite). This is unacceptable. Luckily, I happened to run into Nick when he had stopped over from another community and was able to receive my parking pass. It would be nice to have at least one person in the office at all times. Specifically, it is so nice to see a familiar face and talk to someone who knows your situation. Bring Nick back to Fusion!!!
(March 20, 2023, 6:53 pm)We arrived in our apartment a week ago now, and it's really top, welcoming and pleasant staff, the request and email exchanges were super efficient and caring! All the real is faithful to the announcement, the framework is top, we feel very well, we recommend this place!
(October 22, 2020, 11:33 am)Love living at Fusion so far and I recommend it to anyone who wants a new modern style apartment with lots of amenities. The gym is great, I don't need a membership any more, and the pool is awesome. The staff has been great and attentive to anything I need. Tyler was my leasing agent and did a good job, Amanda and Sonnya were there to assist as well if I needed anything while Tyler wasn't working. Alicia is the property manager and has been open and helpful to assist any issues that arise which certainly helps moving somewhere new.
