If a customer was upset enough to give a one-star review, said customer would likely be so upset as to actually write about their negative experience. In this case, I have to wonder, was this person actually a client? Unfortunately, social media allows anyone with a personal agenda (usually unfounded and/or out of jealously and anger) to share an unfounded negative opinion. Personally, I can't imagine anyone having anything negative to say about K. Crockett and the amazing level of service Crockett Law provides it clients and customers.
