“I went to the university Blvd, JAX,FL location, across from Memorial hospital. Overall very good. Facility was good (could hear the ambulances on the road every once in a while but not too bad. The scheduling staff was great. So is the clinical staff - Marco and Kirstin took care of two patients each. The ONE THINK TGAT I REALLY DISAPPROVE OF WAS THE GLUE TAPE TGEY PLACE ON YOUR FACE - I am now worrying about creating facial hair problems. When those sensors are taken off your face - peeling them off quickly - the tape "shaves" your face from hair (I NEVER shaved my face) and I wonder if the hair will niw grow stronger or faster. Marco was great - he was the one who initially assisted me into the building. Kirstin was my technician and she was very good too. There was only one single little time when she gave me just a little bit of attitude - I think her other patient (whom I could hear talk to Kirstin through the wall, while being wired for the sleep study) - that lady-patient agitated Kirstin just a little bit and when she came to my room she was a little impatient with me, but that was just one time and one sentence and then she was great for the rest of the night - brought me everything I needed and took good care of me. While trying to fall asleep there was a little too much talk noise in the hallway between staff, but not for too long. Then in the morning one of the staff was working in the hallway in front of my door refilling their cart if supplies and the noise of plastic wrappers was too long and bothering. But overall the 6-7 hours of sleep with interruptions and with my own waking up were as good as can be when wired with so so many tapes, glue and wires all over scalp, face, chest, finger squeeze fir oxygen monitoring, etc.”

Dr. Wood instead recommend that i get 2 wisdom teeth pulled and maintain an intense cleaning schedule daily , as well as more frequent cleanings through him and my dentist. “This place is now called Baptist Neurology. I like Eric Ponder, I am unsure of the rest of them now that everyone else that I know is gone. It it is very unsettling when you have a brain injury to go into your neurologist to find no one you know there. I realized that it's not very often that I remember people by their names but I remember faces after seeing them over and over, and with everything else that's going on, this was not something that I or anyone else that goes into that office needed. Hopefully, everything will flow and get back to normal Eric Ponder was able to get a compound of a medication that I've been trying to get for almost a year that no other doctor has been able to get and for that not the location but he gets five stars. Thank you Eric Ponder! You are my hero.”

“This is the nicest, most cost-efficient storage facility we have ever used. I understand the building is much newer than some others; regardless, it is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. Steve and Janet were always very friendly and helpful. Our belongings, which were shipped by POD from California, were moved into one of their units for over a year. They were very accommodating allowing the POD to be parked there overnight as well as the U-Haul truck when we departed. All items were safe, and nothing was damaged. They have plenty of parking space. We felt comfortable knowing our stuff was safe and secure, with their use of unique codes along with the layout and the 24-hour access was the first we had experienced which was very convenient. We have rented with several storage facilities in the past but this one by far was the best one overall - especially the hardworking managers. We love it when people take pride in doing their job. These guys are the best! Highly recommend this facility to anyone who has to place their possessions in storage.”

“Dr. Kostur is truly the best and most caring person one could hope to have as the doctor for their children. Dr. Kostur always remembers our kiddo and the information from their previous visits. She always asks how our child is feeling if they were sick recently and takes the time to connect with them. We never feel rushed and Dr. Kostur is always happy to answer our questions, regardless of how many there are or how silly they may seem. When we go in for an appointment we don't have to wait forever in a big waiting room either. Normally we just check in and go right back. So much nicer than some of the larger pediatric groups that make you feel like a number and leave you waiting forever.
