UF Health Imaging Center - Baymeadows

The staff was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The office was clean and modern. Just beautifully decorated. They explained everything and was in then out under 20 minutes. The new machine didnt hurt and barely felt pressure. Go here ladies for your mammograms!!

This was my first time visiting this location. The office was nice, quiet and clean. There was only one patient in the lobby. I was checked in and assisted by the lovely young lady at the desk. Copies of my ID and Insurance card was made and I signed an electronic consent. This took all of 3 minutes. I was asked to wait in the lobby to be seen shortly. I was called to the back in less than 5 minutes.

Stacey introduced her self and asked how my day was going. She completed my diagnostic imaging. She was so thorough and explained each step during the process. She told me when I would feel pressure or discomfort etc. The room I was in for my testing was modern, new, updated and spacious. There was also a bathroom inside of the exam room. I was very pleased with my experience. ❤️❤️

The staff was clear and friendly. Stacy was warm and explained everything well. It is clean, new, and has a beautiful aesthetic.

Everyone here is extremely professional and so friendly. The waiting and diagnostic rooms were clean and decorated for a relaxing experience. I was particularly taken with how helpful everyone was and the technicians were all knowledgeable and personable.
