I went to Arlington Toyota for a flat tire that needed to be replaced. Zay Owens greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the service area. He was absolutely charming and very helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to have the new tire delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Since I needed to go out of town before my car would be ready, I ended up having to rent a car. Calvin “Trey” Patterson was extremely helpful in getting me through the rental process. The rental car I had was sparkling clean, very new, and in perfect condition. Overall it was a great visit - friendly employees, fast service, and a fair price.
I love Toyota. To their cars all the way to their service. I’ve bought my last 2 cars from them and never regret. I got body work done by them and there’s a lady in there that did my service forgive me I don’t know her name but I always seem to get her when I come there. She is the absolute best ! (Will update if find her name). Greet me with smiling faces and fix all my concerns with no problem. They are friendly and will keep returning to them !
I was having a really bad day, and honestly haven’t had a good experience at this place before. But that’s another story for another day. I was having a terrible day and they did the best they could to help and even more.
They have more than made up for the absolutely terrible service I received in 2018. In 2018 they drove over a nail with my scion after I brought it in for transmission issues. I was going to but there until the salesman bullied me so bad, I couldn’t take it. We had to put our cat down that same day and he only cared about the sale. Then service drove over a huge nail and it flattened my tire.
We had bought there in 2014 and after that experience in 2018 we never bought there again and went to Keith Pierson. While I’m still more comfortable driving across town for service at Keith Pierson, Arlington did a great job helping me in a jam with my battery. They comforted me, made everything easy, and got me a free Uber ride to and from my job.
It’s a testament to how far they have come and how they are trying to provide good experiences for their customers.
I recently moved from California and was due for service. I showed up thinking I would be either waiting a long time or having to schedule a service another day since it was my first time here. I was helped by Chris and he estimated that it would take 2hours as they were very busy that day. My car was done in about 1.5hours. Excellent service, spacious waiting area, coffee machine, popcorn machine. Very happy with the service and all the employees there were friendly.
