Terrabella

This property is brand new, meticulously maintained, and very reasonably priced given the location. I have been here for over a year and love it! Danielle, the property manager at Terrabella, is awesome! She and her staff truly do care about their residents. They also arrange parties/socials for residents which is a great way to meet to the neighbors!

Love Love Love this place!!! The office staff Patricia and Danielle are amazing and quick to help! The pool/clubhouse is outstanding! Truly a wonderful place to live!

New resident but I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far. The amenities (amazing pool, gym, lounge area, sky lounge, ect) all speak for themselves, but the staff is the difference maker here. Danielle, Amanda, Patricia, and Jason have all been super helpful throughout my move in process. They are all professional, patient, and personable making what can be a stressful situation, get resolved with ease. Thank you all! 👍🏽👍🏽

I have been here for about a year now, and it is a great place to live. It's nice that everything is still new, and there aren't many issues that arise. Even when they do (gas running out for the grills for example), they have a quick turnaround. The front office is great (special shout-out to Amanda!). The amenities are awesome, and the events they put on are great. Location is great as well.

Only cons have to do with some of the building components. Everything looks very nice in the apartment at first glance, but there are some imperfections in some of the finishes (doesn't really bother me). The only other con is the ceilings seem to be very thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors every day and this doesn't seem to be limited to me. Live on the top floor if available.
