The Studio is super clean and everyone here is so inclusive and welcoming. I’ve gained new friends with the same goals for health but I’ve lost well over 50lbs and a lot of fear and doubt. I owe my new found confidence and positive attitude towards life to this place. I leave here feeling like a better version of myself. The atmosphere and instructors are motivating and push you to be your best. The workouts are high intensity but they yield serious results. They are also lots of fun and make me want to come back as soon as possible!

I moved here a month ago, knowing LITERALLY NO ONE in the entire state of Florida, I joined this ILKB, a crazy energetic and supportive family! A community of staff and clients motivating each other to meet individual goals. I LOVE IT HERE. The place is clean and well kept, disinfecting everything on the floor after each session.

This place is awesome! This is my first week of classes for the 6 week challenge and I love it! The staff and people are very inviting and motivating. The establishment is super clean and has some cool swag. This is a life changing experience for me and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Great place to workout! Coaches are very personable and motivate you to work hard! The coaches are definitely there to help you and show you proper technique. I enjoy the atmosphere, the music , the positive vibes, and everyone treats you like family. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

iLoveKickboxing is absolutely amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better staff. They are all very encouraging, supportive and motivating! The workouts are intense but so much fun. This is the first time in my life I’ve actually looked forward to going to workout. I’m making good progress towards my weight loss goals and feel stronger every day. I highly recommend trying it out. I promise you won’t regret it!!
