Phone Tech

First off helpful and friendly staff, secondly the offered me a solution completely without spending a single sent with them (albeit I would need to buy another phone) but it made me feel like the priority was getting me happy. Can't put a price on that part to me. Then lastly when I did get my phone repaired through them, they did an excellent job and it wasn't that much more than had I bought the parts through Samsung and just done the repair (significantly slower than them).

All in all it was a great painless experience and they seem like genuine people.

Best experience I have ever had with a tech store! Absolutely incredible customer service! Was given a quote over the phone, told what to expect, delivered a better quality product then I imagined! The back glass on my 13 pro max was shattered and they had the part. Dropped it off at lunch and picked it up after work. They kindly replaced my screen protector on the front as a super kind gesture. They are quick, kind, and reliable! I found them after calling a store at the beach and they said “call phone tech at Atlantic and Girvin.” I’m so glad I did! They have cases there so I changed my case in hopes to prevent future shatters. That said, they gave me the best price (better than Amazon) on the case. I felt blessed beyond words. Good customer service is hard to come by. Thank you again!

The best service ever! I needed to replace my iPhone screen and Noel was extremely helpful, honest and kind. He even suggested that replacing the screen was not really necessary. Highly reliable, absolutely recommend. Don’t go anywhere else!

Noel is amazing !! He helped my sister unlock her iPhone within seconds. I had been trying for days. He was very sweet and caring. I will definitely be coming back for any problems & will recommend him to anyone who needs phone help!!
