I’ve only been working out here for a couple of weeks but I’m impressed by the affordability vs the quality of this gym. It doesn’t have all the amenities of a much bigger gym with a spa or a pool or anything. But what it doesn’t have in variety it makes up in quality.

They have numerous cardio equipment, to the point that you would be hard pressed to ever be waiting for one. The free weights are plentiful and they have a wide open dumbbell area with many benches. They have more types of machines than I’ve ever seen. And a couple I’ve never even heard of.

I’ve been at all times of the day and night and not once has it ever been packed. The app is useful to check gym capacity but I’ve never needed to wait for a later time or to show up earlier. Facilities are spotless and very modern and up to date.

The staff is helpful and polite. They also don’t bombard you with up sales or with small talk unless you ask for it. If you’re looking for a gym that will give you a great workout with a busy schedule this is the one for you.

I love the vibe here! The gym is ALWAYS clean. I love the music they play over the oud speaker. The staff is always friendly and professional regardless of what time I go in.

Very affordable gym in the Jax area with quality equipment. They have smith machines, squat racks, bench setup and free weights which were a priority for me. I’ve been to some gyms that end up being crowded but this gym is very spacious. Also all of the staff I have came across have been wonderful!

Always a great atmosphere. Enjoy going after work everyday
