U.S. Social Security Administration - Phone Service Only

I needed to correct my date of birth with the SSA so I read the reviews posted online on the best location and time to go, and I saw that after 1:30pm Wednesday and I will add Thursday also was best. That being said I must Post about the Security Officer, Stevens. From start to finish He greets everyone and sign you in, checks on everyone, and make sure you are taken care of in an orderly, and professional manner.
Be aware that mask must be worn and only 10 customers are allowed in at one time do to Covid, so some of the elderly sit in their cars with the A/C on He even keeps track of them to make sure they get they get taken care of also.
I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. No complaints, only complements!

This location is more respectful and helpful the representative was very nice and polite and helpful to me I’m doing a name change

Extremely helpful and eased my mind about the documents I needed to change my name . This place ran circles around the place I had originally tried . Would go through them again based on my first experience .

It's really a tough times these days since most of the SSN offices are close or by appointments. Since we arrived in Florida we have been calling the offices to make an appointment so that we could start applying for the SSN and so we could start working in the hospital ASAP since the hospital needs a staff reinforcement. Thank you so much Jacksonville branch for getting back to us and accomodating us. Also, thanks to the security guard on duty as well, you are awesome!Thank u all for the help. You guys went above and beyond to the call of duty in the midst of pandemic.
