Jacksonville Emergency Dental was the best I’ve ever witnessed. Everyone was professional and ensured you knew the care you were receiving! The step by step processes were amazing and so was Dr. Fraser and his staff. I went in for emergency tooth extraction after receiving poor care in NC from my primary dentist! Visiting Jacksonville from out of town for my birthday and his knowledge and precision is what made my birthday. Walked away pain free! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I called ahead of time to get an estimate cost of a non molar tooth extraction and the person I spoke to was super nice and even answered other questions I had. When I went in I signed a few quick papers and paid and literally the dentist was ready to see me before I could even sit down! The entire process including X-ray and anesthesia was probably 20 minuets. The dental hygienist provided a lot of education and information about post tooth extraction. 10/10 for both service quality and price!!!

Had to have a back molar extracted. The tooth had decay on it so was not necessarily an easy extraction. The doctor was great did a lot of counting he definitely knows his numbers. No more pain than expected when going to a dentist definitely takes his time making sure you are numb will not proceed if you feel anything. That I was very grateful for. I would refer anyone in need of emergency dental work done to this office. They are very well priced.

Dr Frazier was awesome. I mean awesome. He was very patient with my daughter who has bad anxiety but he waited for her to get herself together and worked with her. He made every effort to make her feel comfortable. I definitely will use him again. His nurse was so helpful as well. They both went above and beyond to helpmy daughter with her emergency. I appreciate them both.

I thought I needed a crown on one of my teeth because it had chipped. I had planned on paying for it and told the dentist that I knew I needed a crown. After Dr. Frazier looked at it he told me I only needed a filling. He saved me a bunch of time and money with his honesty. Painless procedure. He explained everything he was doing as he went, and my tooth is like new again. Regina was very sweet and patient with me. And I went ahead and got a cleaning done while I was there and Kendall is the best. Highly recommend this office for their honesty and the way they took care of my needs.
