Arbat is a fantastic dealership. The family that runs this company is exactly who you want to be doing business with.
Over the course of my recent purchase, I interacted with the owners (husband and wife) as well as the son, Mark. All of them were direct, honest, reliable, proactive and punctual. When we set an appointment, they were there on time and ready with all paperwork. When I had questions, they gave me thorough and honest answers.
They clearly want to help people find the vehicle they are looking for. Considering the experience of buying used vehicles can be uncomfortable and intimidating, these folks did a great job making the experience feel trustworthy and clean.
I'm very satisfied with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend or family member to them for their next purchase.
