I just received the Best customer service ever from Ms. DEBBIE. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about everything she answers all of my questions best to her knowledge it sure is very professional she showed me the space she want me through each step and make sure I understood everything I'm so grateful to have had a great experience my first time renting storage

Debbie at the 103Rd location is absolutely AMAZING! She makes that place great and most definitely keeps my business there. She has a great attitude and will talk you through any issues or anything at all. She is just all around AMAZING! Highly recommend this location due to Debbie. Five stars for her and the way she runs the establishment

This is by far one of the cleanest and well ran storage facilities in Jacksonville. The manager Debra is always on site to make sure any issues are immediately taken care of. She's always working to make sure the place is in great condition and the customers are happy.

I have dealt with a lot people dealing different Storage places. Life Storage and the property manager Debbie at the location I store my stuff at now are the best. Debbie always has a smile on her face, and makes me feel part of her family. I left some stuff on the passenger side of my truck, and Debbie called to say what I did, and if I couldn't make back right now. She would hold it for me until I could. Thanks a million.

This was by far the best storage experience that I have ever had, hands down! The manager of this location Debbie, is outstanding! Polite,friendly,sociable, and highly professional. All of my needs were always considered and met, beyond expectation. She truly went out of her way to always make sure I was receiving the best customer service ever. The location was always clean and well kept, and I felt very secure in the knowledge that my stuff was safe here. After three years of renting here, I felt the need to leave this review, which I never do. Please be advised that this location is the best. Thank you for all of your years of service Debbie! I will surely be back if I ever need storage!

I've tried a few different float locations around OC and have seen the best and the worst (The worst being a Saw movie type of shower in the corner of a carpeted room with warehouse lighting. No joke.) Awaken Float Lounge is THE best around!! I go for 2 hours weekly and have experienced some life changing benefits. The most note worthy change is my relationship with my phone. Prior to coming here, I usually spent most of the day glued to my earbuds. I'm always listening to a podcast, book, or music. Rarely did I do ANYTHING without some form of secondary stimulus. I've come to realize I was drowning myself out with external input, and rarely did I ever just sit and listened to myself. That has dramatically changed. I have regained an appreciation for silence, but more importantly I have rewired a critical connection to my inner voice.

Light depravation while floating is a very calming experience. It's something that everyone should try at least once. Eric at Awaken Float is very friendly and it's easy to talk with him. I'm looking forward to going back.
