    Renting a unit at Preferred self-storage was the first time I’ve rented some storage space. I needed a unit ASAP and Joseph quickly but thoroughly walked me threw the process and I had my unit in minutes.

    I won’t hesitate to recommend or rent from Preferred again should the need arise

    This place is fantastic! They have awesome prices and a very helpful staff! They are right around the corner from where I live but I believe they are conveniently located for a large portion of the New Braunfels population!
