  I never thought that I would walk into a Crossfit gym but I am so happy I did. I'm now a raving fan of Crossfit and consider it to be one of my passions. I was very competitive in sports growing up and I love the way Crossfit challenges me. I still scale most of the work outs and the coaches always make sure I modify the best way. I've seen changes not only in my body but in my overall well being. The coaches offer a nutrition program "Macros" and it's shown me the healthy way to reach my goals. Take it from me the girl who has tried every DIET on the planet over the last 15 years.
  
  This stuff works. I've surprised myself of what I'm capable of with Crossfit and I've found a community of people who are becoming my closest friends. Trust me, Crossfitters work out hard and have a lot of fun doing it!

  Such an awesome community to be a part of! Liz and Anna are really committed and encouraging coaches and the workouts are always great! 24/7 access is also such a convenient added bonus for anyone with a crazy schedule!

  Great 24/7 gym. Good crossfit family environment with challenging programming. Stop in and see Coach Liz! She is the best.

  I dropped in at this gym and the facility was great! They are welcoming of all levels of fitness and have both a class area and open gym area with so much equipment for all types of fitness, not just CrossFit. The staff, coaches, and members are super friendly too, which made the visit that much more enjoyable :)

  This gym family is like no other. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your physical condition or ability. Everyone’s accomplishments are a big deal, and are celebrated! The coaches are wonderful and our manager, Liz, puts her heart into this place!
