(August 27, 2019, 10:49 am)My husband and I docked our 24 ft pontoon at our wet slip at JCP3 for a year before we moved to another city and our experience here has been wonderful! We thought it was the best out of all of the options on Julington Creek. The dock is very well maintained. Mary was sweet and helpful as were the other folks at this pier! On several occasions after storms we had others step in to help out if one of our covers blew off, etc. The bathroom for pier 3 usage only was a lifesaver and kept tidy! We also felt that we got a great deal on our monthly slip rental fee and would absolutely recommend JPC3 to friends and family! We've had many beautiful sunsets on this pier! We'll miss this place and how conveniently located it is!

(February 27, 2018, 4:29 pm)Awesome place for members and guests. Mary and her mother had been wonderful hosts to me and English Rose sailboat for years now. The docks are not open to the public except for an emergency. If you want to park your boat and go to the restaurant for several hours my advice is not to. They are not public docks. Anchor and take you dingy in...

(February 25, 2018, 3:23 pm)Nice and private, we pay for a private dock. Love the fact it’s not open to the public. Less crime and traffic, owners look out for you along with the other boat owners keeping an eye out. Please keep it private.
