(November 3, 2021, 2:17 pm)My dryer (less than 2 years old) suddenly stopped working, so after researching the issue I found that the thermal fuse needed to be replaced. I called 3 places before choosing Appliance Repair USA. They were responsive and professional. I called Monday afternoon and they had a technician out Tuesday morning. Quick, polite and knowledgeable. Shocked by how reasonable they were for the part and labor. I will use them all the time and refer. Great local business!

Terrible experience with another appliance repair company trying to source the parts but these guys saved the day. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything works great.
