Take 5 Oil Change

I'm a big fan of the conveniences of Take 5! Especially, this San Jose location. Yesterday, I went on my 1-hour lunch break. I was greeted promptly and pulled right in. There were 2 other vehicles there and about 2 guys working on each of our vehicles. They filled the air in my tires and when I asked, promptly filled my wiper fluid. I asked for any coupons and they found one for $10 off. I got my oil, wiper blades, and air filter all changed in about 20ish minutes. So, once I'm off of work I can go home and not have to run this errand. I will definitely be back.

Friendly and knowledgeable personnel and quick, no nonsense service made it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

The gentleman at the San Jose and Baymeadows location in Jacksonville,
Florida were so nice and knowledgeable. It's great to go into a place like that as a female and not be "talked down to". They took the time to explain what they were going to do and even showed me the parts that they were replacing. I wish I could remember their names, but all three of them were very welcoming. To add, they were very punctual and thorough. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Great service! Friendly people especially at this location. Super fast too. I wont go anywhere else to get my oil changed. I also love that they don't do any upselling. I was genuinely surprised based on past experiences with other shops.
