I have been there three times and have been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. The pricing is very reasonable.

I am not sure why people complain about their half hour or hour wait. Go to the emergency room at a hospital, or even a scheduled doctors appointment and guess what, you are going to have to wait. Their are others that were there before you, it is called "Get In Line", and guess what, when you entered, you were not the first in line. You are at the back of the line and whatever happened to you is no more important than what has happened to someone else.

I signed up for annual service - once you find a reliable company for this or any service you stick with it.
On their recommendation I'll be getting next year's chimney service in the spring (instead of fall as I did this year). Great Rec because it's cheaper - I appreciate not having to think about it (they'll call me in the spring) and saving a little money.

I bought a beautiful Hearthstone that was recently installed by Frank and Austin. It wasn’t an easy installation. These guys didn’t rush but put in a 12 hr day and did a great job. Wouldn’t leave until they made a fire and left a smile on my face.
Everybody at Northeastern is very pleasant and makes sure you’re satisfied I can highly recommend this company. Thanks to Frank Austin and the great ladies who seem to run the shop

Great service from the start Brenda awnserd many questions. John and josh were excellent, Service men. Clean and organized installed a rain cap to keep out any more dead. Birds i dont need in my chimney.

Joe came to my house this morning to do an estimate on a complicated chimney matter. He was polite friendly and professional. He gave me a reasonable estimate and i look forward to trusting my chimney repairs to Northeastern Chimney.
