Her whole team is so genuine and helpful, Kacie has always been quick to respond or pick up the phone. Just recently I had a billing question and Stephanie had her billing expert Jasmine contacting me within minutes with guidance. Thank you so much Stephanie and your own team!!

We got USAA insurance when we moved to Florida 4 years ago (because we have always heard that they are the best for military) and were shocked at the price. The USAA rep said Florida insurance is just way more expensive than everywhere else, so we just went with it, assuming that they wouldn't rip us off... but you know what happens when you *assume* ?
We decided to shop around to see if we could save a bit of money, and State Farm popped up first on Google. After entering our info, Katie called right away to discuss our options, and left no stone unturned as she went through to make sure we were getting everything we needed. She put together a package of WAY more coverage than we even knew existed, bundling our car, truck, motorcycle, home, and umbrella policies, and saving us OVER $450 A MONTH!
While I was waiting for her to send the quote, I put our info in a few other sites, just to see what our other options were, and none of the others even came close, in price or coverage.
On top of saving us money, she was also just a super nice and easy person to talk to, and really cared about us as a family. I never once felt like she was trying to sell me anything, unlike most agents who are so pushy that it feels like they would try to sell swimming lessons to fish.
With going from a 2 income to 1 income household due to COVID 19, this extra money saved is very much needed and appreciated.
