The worst period period full stop. I read these reviews and seriously can only belive they are manufactured to keep the rating because there is no way that the super horrible install and after the sale service is in any way shape or form represents a reflection of the reviews. You will notice that when someone does post a bad review that the owner just dismisses and blames the customer or even claims that the customer does not exist in their database of customers. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR SHOTTY WORK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE AFTER THE SALE SERVICE! Quit hiding behind your cloak of a family business. Dont be fooled as this is the most disorganized buisness I have been in and they use a heavy handed approach to complaing customers in an effort to intimidate them from ever returning. Nothing family about it. I had a full system installed. Bad wire runs. Bad connections. Bad mounting. There was nothing done correctly. It was truly theft when they take your money before the work and deliver the electronic disaster that they through into my vehicle. I fear for my life returning to get the system addressed. I had to go elsewhere to have the repairs done. Do not be fooled by the charm like I was. STAY AWAY. I guess this is my only recourse.

I went there with my 1997 black GMC suburban and the radio sound that it came out with was excellent. I am very happy , very professional, the best car audio shop in Jacksonville area.

You really can’t beat family owned and run business. These guys are great and Marcos was very polite and very knowledgeable. Literally only had sound coming from back speaker due to previous owner and now all my speakers and sub SLAP!!! You honestly get what you pay for when it comes to professional work!

Miami Pro Audio Main Street is absolutely amazing and they are extremely kind. Would give a 10 out of 10 stars!!. After going to a dealership and getting a repair bill that was schetchy, and dishonest service men who were just trying to upsell and we're not knowledgeable about diagnosing my vehicle. I decided to visit and entrust my vehicle with Miami Pro Audio. I was very pleased with the through and informative diagnosis. They fixed my radio and amplifier for a very reasonable cost.
