Found a great rug at half the retail price. Friendly and helpful people with lots of patience since my debit card got put on "suspicious activity". There is never an opportune time for this to happen, but it was Christmas Eve, and the shops were trying to close up. I was able to get it fixed because they waited for me. Grateful for the great customer service!
