“The staff here is always friendly but on my last visit my 4 year old lost her new pink hat inside the store and we looked and searched and left thinking it was gone forever. We let the team know that it was missing and gave them our number with little hope of her hat showing back up. Within 45 mins Mr.JIMBO came to the rescue of finding my little girls hat! “I had the most compassionate, caring nurse. Her name is Shelby! She is a ER Nurse. I came here because we live in Kingsland Ga. That hospital sucks. They’ve misdiagnosed myself and others I know. And all around just suck. So we drive the extra 25 min to come to this hospital. Unfortunately my visit to the ER was with my son, and my husband. I unfortunately am suffering from a miscarriage. My first one ever. My nurse Shelby immediately was so caring, kind, thoughtful, sweet, helpful nurse. Genuinely, the best I’ve ever had. She made this whole experience bearable and easier. The ER doctor I have is just as awesome. But the highlight of my whole year is Shelby. She not only paid close attention to my son, while taking the best care of me. She was active with him, and did her job effortlessly. Without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was like I had a friend, as a nurse. Which is how it’s supposed to feel! My son loved her and told her how pretty she is. (: I’m just very thankful that in this hard time, I was able to receive top-notch care from a Nurse who is here for more than just a paycheck. You can see her big heart. It radiates from her. I honestly wish more nurses had the heart she does. Not to mention, I love this ER because every time I’ve came here, it’s been fast, efficient, and always very clean.”

“When we had a serious issue with duck-week/scum on our canal running between our properties in our subdivision in Mandarin. I was fortunate to meet Evin of Fl. Lake Mgmt. He was doing the ponds at our Taylor Residences properties. He came, looked and gave us a spraying service. Within no time at all, the canal was beautiful again; able to feed our wild turtles, fish and even get our beautiful long neck geese back to visit us. “This location has become my go to location. I have both of my vehicles serviced here. I live on the far westside of town but the customer service here is top notch so to me it is worth my time and drive. Today I arrived pretty late - almost closing time but without hesitation I was signaled to get in line. I had the pleasure of meeting Jay and Noah this afternoon and both of them were extremely polite and had a smiles on their faces the entire time they interacted with me. They were the absolute BEST!! They definitely put a smile on my face. After my service Jay went over everything they did on my vehicle and made sure I didn't have any questions and that I was satisfied with the service. I highly recommend having your oil change done here, not only good service but GREAT people!”

“My husband has been staying there long term for work, and I joined him for a night. The staff at the front desk (Alisa and Bradley) were friendly and helpful. He had let them know I was coming, and I quickly figured out they knew him by name, and got me a key. Carolyn at the bar also stood out, as she is extremely friendly and attentive. Our room has been recently redone, and we have no complaints. Our two-year-old has plenty of room to play in the room.”

“Okay so the first thing you should know is that the park is smack dab in the middle of a low-key cute residential area which totally threw us off. When we pulled up we were expecting a backyard zoo because of the location, but man were we were wrong. They said they have 200 acres or developing, right now I'd say it's probably more like 8 acres that they actually have built up. You can tell that they are trying their best to give the tigers a nice life with waterfalls, swimming pools, toys, cabins. There's a lot more than just tigers here, they've got a very cute black bear, a black leopard, and some other small cats. Including their resident kitty cat that roams fearlessly. We went for the feeding experience and it was absolutely worth it. We got so many amazing pictures, and got to see so many beautiful big cats. This is an absolutely excellent place to come with the whole family regardless of age. Don't forget to buy some T-shirts at the gift shop, or a stuffed animal for the kids because that small places like this, every dollar counts towards keeping it running. We're excited to come back in a couple of years and see all of the progress that they have made. (We live very far away)”
