One was encouraging, another was realistic, another was an expert swaddleR, another radiated caring. “First day was a little rocky, their card machine was down so they had to get a technician to fix it. No problem, Kenya, the housekeeping manager took us to our room until they got it figured out. If you're on the East side where the entrance is other than the lobby, in the rooms like 102, 202, and 302, you'll hear the door slam and it slams loud if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. The breakfast staff was patient with my little one. But what really makes this a great experience is with their HSK manager, Kenya, who went above and beyond for us. Thank you, Kenya.”
