Duval Pharmacy 201

I recently had to switch to Duval Pharmacy because my insurance stopped covering my old pharmacy. I have high medical needs and a LOT of weird prescriptions. The extremely nice folks at Duval Pharmacy have taken everything that has been thrown at them, no problem! They've been highly communicative, kind, and so welcoming. My prescriptions are ready quickly after being called in by my care team, and all has gone smoothly in the transition.

A good pharmacy is extremely important, and I also believe having a personal relationship with your pharmacist is too. You won't find this type of thing at the big chain pharmacies, and as a result I believe you won't get as good care at those places. Consider switching to Duval Pharmacy and help sustain our small pharmacies - they provide such an important service to our communities. Wouldn't you rather do business with someone who actually cares about you and not just maximizing profits?

I have to say Nate and Crystal have been nothing but informative and helpful, honest, and trustworthy. If they feel their prices they have to offer isn't good enough, they call us and let us know. They also take their time to find us discounts, and coupons when needed. We have not had this kind of of customer service from a pharmacist until we met them. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most pharmacies. We drive across town to get what we need at this location because of the service and prices they have to offer.

I have been with Duval pharmacy (on Normandy) as one of their patients for a few years now, and I love Nate & Crystal. They always give me a warm welcome by name and are so efficient with calling me the day my meds are ready. They are always so helpful when it comes to my million questions about different things. 10/10 recommend them for anyone inquiring about a pharmacy!!

At Duval Pharmacy on Normandy Blvd Nate and Crystal go above beyond for all their customers. They are two of the most friendly caring good hearted people. Not only that. They do it with kindness in their hearts and smiles on their faces. They never treat you like a burden. Even if you call 1000 times. Bless their hearts sad to say I have done that on two occasions. Every time they treated me as if I was their only customer. They are very knowledgeable. They even try their hardest to get you the best price they can to help you with cost. If you haven't tried them as your local pharmacy. I highly recommend you do so now!!!

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used and I have used many different ones. I am so thankful my doctor recommended me to Duval Pharmacy. Nate and Crystal and the best! They are always willing to go above and beyond to help you out and they truly care. I love how they know me by my first name when I call or come in. I highly recommend using Duval Pharmacy!!
