The Solera at Kendall West Apartments

The staff at The Solera at Kendall West Apartments was very supportive in my family decision to move here. The are is wonderful which has several shopping and other activities close by. Kellie Lovenick Is should great professional, with always being available to answer any questions I may have! I Ike it here!

Ms. Kellie was awesome at touring the unit and willing to work with my husband and I. She was very understanding and respectful to his career services. Plus move in specials. I recommend reaching out if you’re new to the city looking for a convenient area

My experience with Solera at Kendall West Apartments was phenomenal. I would like to start by thanking Diamond for guiding my wife and I through the leasing process.

The leasing process is simple and almost done entirely through the Solera leasing portal and email. It also helps that the leasing office is very responsive and was able to help me immediately if I had questions or concerns.

Solera at Kendall West Apartments is beautiful and very high end. The developers did their best to make these apartments as comfortable as possible with any amenity you can think of. Did I mention Solera is dog friendly? Well... they have a dog park with a dog bathing station right next to it!

Most importantly Solera feels very safe. This is a gated community with very tight access. You either have to have access or know a resident that has access to get into the community.

So far I am loving my apartment and community.
