Every time I go to VyStar it is a pleasant experience. One employee stands out among the rest. Rob Herring is friendly personable and always smiling. I had multiple transactions due to closing a home loan. He is more than professional. Completed all my transactions in a timely manner and all with a smile on his face. He should be employee of the year.

I want to commend Rob on his professional attitude. He experienced an extremely rude customer who consistently demeaned him. He maintained his composure and offered the customer excellent service.

I called Vystar and spoke with rep Kay Williams. She not only showed concern; but she also got my issue handled in a timely matter. I really appreciated her excellent customer service and friendly attitude.

Went into the Branch on Normandy Blvd, just needed to get a new debit card due to chip issues and encountered a wonderful representative by the name Kay Williams. Kay assisted me with my new card needs as well as looking at other options of assisting me with needs of credit lines and refinance.
