This is our favorite sushi restaurant in the area, we've been eating here regularly for nearly 3 years, and they never fail to impress. The waitstaff is very kind and the food is excellent. The presentation of their sushi is top-notch, so beautiful you almost don't want to eat it 😂. Just got home from my birthday dinner there, and it was a feast!! They surprised me with both an appetizer and dessert on the house! Lovely dining experience every time we go, highly recommend.

Most everything’s good here, good delivery service, good timing and friendly. Just remember to ask what it is you’re actually getting when you order it. I have now ordered a few times and the Mongolian beef is not crispy like it should be and there are more vegetables than beef, when it should just be scallions. The volcano roll has salmon on top of it and doesn’t look like any volcano roll I’ve ever seen before. It’s very bland and absolutely no spice/heat whatsoever not sure what makes it a volcano

I have to say this is a small hidden Gem...

Ak1 is a family owned Restaurant, the staff is very respectful & kind.
We started with a light soup full of flavor, scallions and slices of fresh mushrooms..
The Tempura Shrimp Veggies and Chicken was truly divine.. it was light and crisp...
The Honey chicken and fried rice was so delicious!
We also had the Shrimp Pad Thai And Chicken Pad Thai The sauce was perfect!
The different types of Sushi Rolls was absolutely delicious!!
We had a wonderful Night!!

Best Fried Rice I've Tasted Since I've Lived In Jacksonville (Chinese Fried Rice Not Hibachi) I Usually get the House Special Fried Rice. It’s so light & fresh. Not Sure About The Other Menu Items.
