Tricove Inn & Suites

This is a very nice place if you are on a budget and do not need "free breakfast". The room was very clean, the bathroom was recently remodeled and was quite nice. It is so wonderful that there is no carpet! Just wood and tile floors. There was a microwave and refrigerator available, which was so helpful. This was an emergency stay that turned into a little getaway. Great find!

I will this place recommend to all my families and friends and the reason is because of the staff they have. Well ok one staff member in particular named Melissa. From the moment I arrived there it seemed to problem with my booking my card etc. But Melissa not only assisted with in helping straighten things out she calmed me down and just turned all the lemons into Sweet Lemonade. She's awesome and totally I mean totally changed my view of Jacksonville of the people here. Thank you so much for your kindness your expertise and EXCELLENCE customer service.

Melissa is wonderful!! We stay at a ton of hotels. She is so helpful and friendly. She is always working to make our stay the best she can.very clean, nice and comfy. After the time we have had lately with other hotels, we are so grateful for Melissa and Tricove.
