Unfortunately, we have not used PuroClean services due to property insurance conflicts but Joshua has been an amazing point of contact for all of our questions. He responded to all of our concerns promptly and offered honest advice about how to proceed with remediation steps. 10/10 would recommend this company specifically for Joshua because of his above and beyond customer service, knowledge and patience when so many other companies dismissed our concerns. He made us feel heard, like our worries were legitimate, our health was a priority and that is something so many companies lack.
