Great experience at the Beltone at Kernan and Beach Blvds., a couple of doors east of the Publix! Matthew Meza, the specialist, was professional, courteous, personable, and very knowledgeable.
He checked my hearing with a set of hearing aids, and compared it to my previous test there in 2021.
He explained everything in detail:
my test results, the type of hearing loss, and purchase options, including total cost, with my insurance applied, in case I choose to purchase hearing aids; and he sent me home with a pair of hearing aids to try out for a week, free of cost.
I have great confidence in Matt Meza and Beltone. The intake receptionist was also excellent.

I always have a very good experience when I come in for an appointment. Matthew is very knowledgeable and my hearing has never been better.

After repeated attempts to hear conversations I finally decided to get help. I had tried several different brands of hearing aids but none really helped with more than one or two of the most typical problems associated with hearing. The staff and professional specialists at Beltone took the time to evaluate my hearing and give me the best possible diagnosis. Matthew Meza was genuinely concerned with doing whatever it took to make this work for me. Completely satisfied with my decision. Thanks Guys!
