Good subs like their sub bread unlike their freaky fast delivery, competition whose sub bread taste like cardboard.

Got delivery from here using their app and was missing subs. Attempted to call but they had phones going to VM with an outdated message. Submitted a request for a refund through the app but no response. I don't have a way to go to the store for a refund. This happened a week ago, I wanted to give them time to respond but nothing. Definitely don't order using the app because if your order is wrong, you have no way to get it fixed.
UPDATE: I just received an email from them making this right. Thanks. Only went to 4 stars because they should have answered the phone that day. I do love the Subs from here.
