I had a great experience buying my “new” car from Coggin Chevrolet. I started the process online and finished the paperwork at the dealership; spent only a couple hours at the dealership. My sales advisor, Frank, was great to work with. He was professional and kept me informed every step of the process. Frank was also friendly and personable. The finance manager, Clint, was also great to work with. It was a comfortable buying process and I would do business there again.

I highly recommend buying a car at this dealership! Marquise Harts is a great salesperson that helped find me the perfect vehicle. I know it seems like the easier route to buy online, through CarMax, or a private person - but this buying experience made me think otherwise. As long as there is an understanding that they still need to make money on the deal and that you don't want to feel taken advantage of - there is a middle ground where everyone can feel good. By the way, I LOVE MY CHEVY BLAZER.

The dealership was great also. Everyone I worked with was nice and easy deal with. I know that it may seem intimidating to go into a dealership as a woman, but I thought it was fun and liberating to work through the deal on my own.

My service advisor was Melanie and I am so glad she was the one helping me. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Communication was great. Service was great. Price was great. She worked her magic on a $3000 repair and got it down to $541 because she knew what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Oh, and one more thing Go Bills.

From the phone call I made to the end of my oil change, everything was fantastic. Person that assisted me on the phone was able to get me in quicker than I thought. Once I arrived everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy first thing in the morning, they were able to rotate my tires, top off my truck with all necessary fluids, and did the oil change fast! Overall, it has been the best experience in Jacksonville for my oil change. Thank you guys!
