Hard to believe that after an employee sold me an incorrect item and I had to return to the store to get the right one I would give it 5 🌟. Well believe as as soon as I walked in were warmly greeted and directed to the refund/return register. A employee did an instant acceptance of the issue, started the credit procedure and asked me to go and find the correct items while she waited. I found my 522 EPSON Ink (sales representative indirectly sold me 502) brought it up front, reentered and ended up with a $3.26 credit. This is a well stocked store with plenty of parking and an excellent GEEK Squad so I strongly recommend it 5 🌟 all the way.

Not quite the selection of the larger stores in town, but the staff are Always helpful and attentive. Trevor, the manager run a great, customer focused crew. They are sticklers for protocols, so I feel safe shopping there in person. This location is high performing.
