“If i could give this place 6 starts i would. For starters i love how they check temperatures and require face mask right now. The staff are very attentive and polite the entire time there. My daughters party was today and the manager or GM Scott was present and he was just as active as the party host. That says a lot about a business. He can get in and get dirty even in his position. Our host today was Jordan and she was just as amazing. The kids loved her. She was polite and always had a smile. This was our first time here but our kids loved it and we will definitely be back. The prices are a little high, but i mean considering what they offer, it makes sense. I really hope this business does well and stays open, this is a nice addition for our city outside some of the other not as equipped family centers. Great Job Urban Air!!”

“We've been here twice now. Both times the food was fresh and well prepared. Sure $25 is quite a bit for dinner on weekend. But lobsters crabs and oysters are worth it IMO. We went at dinner time on a weekday, then a weekend. There are not a lot of people there. So food was plenty. When lobster ran out, they refilled it in about 5-10mins. I really didn't experience any of the stuff described in bad reviews. And the fact they all use the exact same verbiage is actually quite suspicious. I recommend to at least give this place a try. Take a look at the food first before you sit down, there are a lot of good seafood here. So if you don't like seafood, it's not the place for you.”

“They helped me give my beloved cat eternal peace today. Her hospital stay wasn’t cheap, but I got what I paid for, as well as some things that can’t be bought like patience, kindness and compassion. I wish I could say it was a happy ending, but Dr. Martinez helped me give my sweet girl the ending she deserved. Most importantly, they gave me the answers I needed to make peace with my decision. Dr. Voisine went above and beyond for my cat and for me. The vets at other veterinary hospitals just dismissed her and some even refused to evaluate or treat her, but Dr. Voisine sought the opinion of her colleagues at academic centers so that we knew there was absolutely nothing else to be done. Every single veterinarian took time to communicate with me when I called for updates, and the techs and rest of the staff were professional and compassionate. I felt like they cared about my cat as much as I did, and I couldn’t have asked for better care.”

“Enrolled in this school and unfortunately had to leave before I got started. However, I do want to commend the people from admissions specifically Tina Thompson and the other staff as well, they were very friendly and helped me with the enrolling process very quickly and without a hassle. One thing I MUST mention, I am a veteran and was using my GI benefits for the program before I had to withdraw and actually got denied for this school by the VA, not really sure if the admissions people were aware the VA is not approving this school but it’s something veterans should be notified of and made aware. So I decided to share it on here. Other than that everything was great as far as the enrolling process with them.”
