We were taught how to defend ourselves while respecting others, building a strong work ethic and creating lifelong bonds. I walked in a shy 10 year old and am graduating highschool as a confident third degree black belt. The instructors, Mr. V and Mr. Furr, are AMAZING mentors who push you to challenge yourself and constantly get better. I am forever grateful to this school and these teachers for teaching me not to be fearful in a challenging situation, but to step up and conquer whatever life throws at you. “Absolutely 💯 recommend this school. My son was nervous around water, hated putting his face in it, couldn't swim at all and on top of all this he is shy and in the process of learning English. The teachers here are great! He Absolutely loves going to his classes and looks forward to it each week. He has learned to swim, and is able to go under water. Progressed supper fast! The teachers take time to correct the kids if they don't get the arm strokes correctly which I appreciate. Our other swim school left it up to the kids to figure out the strokes in the water. Here they show and correct each child. Love love love it. Worth the 30 min drive each way!”

My birth experience was better than I ever imagined thanks to Dr. Chithriki, mainly because he listened and cared, not to mention that he is knowledgeable and experienced. His staff was very sweet each and every time I went to the office. Overall, I recommend Dr. Chithriki and staff 100 percent without hesitation. For any future pregnancies I pray to God he is still within driving distance because he is the only OB I would like to see. I will drive hours to see him, because he s worth it!
