(June 22, 2020, 2:44 pm)The Sheik is a Jacksonville staple and a must visit during any Duval county trip. The in restaurant seating was closed during my trip in late June of 2020, so I got my steak in a sack, fries, and cherry limeade to go. The pita is always fresh and the steak and fries were hot. I recommend visiting if your in the area, the breakfast menu is far more expansive than the lunch menu.

(March 13, 2020, 9:35 pm)Awesome food and super fast, friendly service. Definitely recommend the steak in a pita you wont regret it. But I've never had anything that I didn't like from this place it's all good. Good food, good people... you cant beat it. Highly recommend trying this place out.
(June 4, 2019, 2:03 pm)Had a very good sub from The Sheik today. It is a little hole in the wall building, but I have been eating here for over 20 years the food has always pleased me and is always at a reasonable price.
