While traveling to St. Augustine from Chattanooga, TN - the low oil warning light came on my Q8. I called the service department and Frank told me to bring my car in and he would take care of it. Frank was so reassuring and quickly got me back on the road to enjoy my vacation!! What an AWESOME experience thanks to Frank!! Would definitely bring my car here for service if I lived in the area.

The service center at the Audi dealer at Orange Park is amazing. I was visiting for the weekend from Charleston when the engine light came on and the car was stuck in limp home mode. They got me in and out on a Saturday. Rachel was wonderful and I am so thankful for the Orange Park service team.
I have been going to this dealership for service since 2014. I can honestly say that there is no better representative than Todd Baker. He is on point with knowledge and communication with his costumers and everyone else I have seen him come across. A respectable person who has earned my confidence when it comes to every day safety with my Q5. Not an easy job especially when dealing with so many situations. Lastly, the job is not complete without a great mechanic and mine has been Kendrick Perez. Both are highly recommended. So thank you for a job well done!
